YEAR 2010 RECAP

       In 2010 the Momentum Monitor had its best performance year since inception. Managed accounts that were aligned to the Big Rollover portfolio model beat the S&P by 40 to 50%. We were able to find outstanding growth and income companies that paid above trend dividends allowing portfolios to raise their yield bases to an average of 7.5%. Our cycle work alerted subscribers to all the major intra-year price shifts to include the major correction that began in April as well as the recovery cycle that began in August. After 30 days of extensive travel throughout the Far East we released six insightful Odyssey reports on the region. Our macro commentary throughout the year reviewed all of the major Big Rollover factors and updated forecasts. This review clearly showed that although the stock market is embraced in a strong recovery cycle that all the Big Rollover negative factors continue to worsen. We forecasted an S&P target of 1350 by April 2011 and the target is close to being achieved.
